In this video you can see the amounts of sugar and fat in the different presentations of cocoa in commercial products. As you can see, there are important differences in its composition. We can see powdered presentations where the main component of it is sugar. And tablets with a very different composition in terms of the ratio of sugar and cocoa they present.

You can also see how the calories provided by both dark chocolate and milk chocolate are practically the same and, in both cases, we must consume them in moderation.
