Fregagioni: a natural remedy for vitality

The fregagioni: how to do them
The fregagioni are performed in all seasons , but, regardless of the external climate, it is necessary to keep away from drafts and sudden changes in temperature.
Wool clothes are then performed on the warm body , or previously heated with a blanket. They should not be performed on cold or sweaty skin.
Usually they are performed in the morning as soon as you get up, before having breakfast, when the body still maintains the warm temperature of the night.
Or in the evening before going to bed , as a remedy for insomnia and sleep disturbances. They are not performed immediately after ingesting food or drink.
Use a towel that is folded up to the size of a normal notebook sheet. It is bathed in water at room temperature or slightly cooler , not frozen, squeezed and passed over the body , quickly, in this order:
> Place the towel on the right chest of the body and slide it on the skin up to the right foot;
> then place the towel on the left pectoral and go down, always rubbing lightly, on the body up to the left foot;
> the same maneuver is then performed starting from the center of the chest and reaching the tip of the toes, passing over both legs;
> the wet and wrung towel is then rubbed, always lightly and without getting hurt, from the right shoulder to the right hand, then going up the inside of the arm to the armpit, and going down the side to the right foot ;
> the same maneuver is repeated on the opposite side of the body, starting from the left shoulder;
> finally place the towel on the back and slide it on the back of the body up to the buttocks;
> the rubbing ends with the support of the feet on the towel placed on the ground.
Get dressed quickly : your skin shouldn’t be wet, just moist.
In order for the body to react to temperature, it is necessary to keep warm, so cover up well with clothes or a blanket.
In the evening it will be easy to go to bed, and in the morning you can get ready with your clothes for the day.
