Today I’m talking about a diet that promises to make you lose 5 kg quickly in a week.
It is called the ” express diet” and is much sought after on the net, as the Plank is in fact a very popular fad diet .

Is it really possible to lose 5 kg weight quickly in 7 days with this regimen?
The answer is no.
In all likelihood, you can lose 2-3 pounds a week, not 5.

This massive weight loss of five pounds is a bit of a marketing fruit – a bit of the maximum amount of weight you can lose if for example you are significantly overweight and diet for the first time in your life.
You can try it for a week if you don’t believe me, as it is not a very restrictive diet it can be followed as a compensation diet (if we have eaten too much or plan to do so) without health consequences.

Here is the express diet plan which, as I explained to you, should make you lose weight quickly 5 kg in a week only under certain conditions (otherwise just under half).
