Exercising after breakfast to burn more calories (all day)
Training yes, but after having breakfast.
According to a new study, this little trick would allow the body to burn more calories not just during training, but throughout the day.
So working out after breakfast is the best way not only to start the day, but to raise your metabolism.

This is what a study published in the American Journal of Physiology reveals, which analyzed a sample of people who trained fasting against a sample of people who trained after breakfast (twelve in all).
They compared both the energy expenditure with exercise and that during the day with the same calories.
The result, researchers at the University’s Department for Health in Bath explain, is that people who ate breakfast (with oatmeal porridge and skim milk) before training burned more calories during training but also more calories after the next meal. .
This while reaching zero their hepatic glycogen reserves, which would therefore be disposed of even in people who eat before training compared to those who fast.
Not only. After training, the body would better metabolize the carbohydrates of the day by directing them to the muscles, rather than storing them as a reserve. So there would be a greater recall of muscle glycogen in those who train after breakfast.
