A man can lose 50 kg while walking

He lost almost 50 kilos, 47 to be exact, in 10 months: he is a 26-year-old Indian boy, who weighed a good 123 kilos.

Today I tell you his story for two reasons.
The first. As I explained in some articles, walking makes you lose weight, as long as the activity is done outdoors and at a moderate pace. So no treadmills or exercise bikes.
The reason is explained in a study: in people with metabolic syndrome diabetes, walking at a moderate pace improves insulin sensitivity , and therefore allows better use of glucose for energy purposes.
But there are other benefits that make walking the best activity for health : I’ll explain them to you in this article .
The second reason is that, analyzing the stories of people with obesity problems or severe overweight like this guy, walking is always the first thing that leads these people to lose weight without regaining it.

Young Rishab, an Indian boy, decides to do something about his weight after an accident on a holiday with friends in Goa.
Upon returning, he plans to start his new life by forcing himself to walk every day.
And every day he walked for about 6 km , so we can say for more than an hour and a half, almost two.

When he started seeing results, then he thought about making more changes.
For breakfast she ate porridge (rolled oats cooked in milk) instead of snacks, bread or biscuits. She occasionally varied with a fruit salad and a coffee.
