The 21-day program to reactivate the metabolism
Reactivating the metabolism in less than a month is possible thanks to this plan developed by Megan Casper , coach, dietician, nutritionist and creator of Megan Casper Nutrition , as well as collaborator of the project “The nourished bite”.
Megan reveals how to reactivate the metabolism in three weeks thanks to a series of strategies that can allow us to re-educate ourselves at the table and change our habits, losing from 3 to 4 kilos and without regaining more weight.
REACTIVATE METABOLISM IN 3 WEEKS
Megan Casper’s plan, dietician and nutritionist
Before breakfast.
Drink two glasses of low-mineral water, with a splash of lemon juice or plain, to rehydrate after the night.
Then… physical activity.
Dress in comfortable clothes and do thirty minutes of full body activity. For example 4 sets of 10 reps of bodyweight squats, 2 sets of 15 reps of reverse lunges, 2 sets of 15 reps of “floor bridge” or glute bridge, 3 sets of 10 reps of pushups, 2 sets of 10 reps of abs.
