Two low-calorie desserts that are very easy to make
One of my skills achieved over the years is to be able to improvise low-calorie snacks and low-calorie sweets in a very short time but with maximum results. In this article I will reveal to you two of the low-calorie desserts that I prepare most frequently, if you want to eat a little tasty and sweet thing every day without feeling guilty.
TWO EASY-TO-MAKE LOW-CALORIC SWEETS
Low-carb cocoa cream:
for two servings. Calories: 120 per person.
Blend 200 grams of skimmed milk flakes in a blender with 10 grams of bitter cocoa and stevia or zero-calorie sweetener to taste. Personalize with vanilla flavor, a teaspoon of coffee or a sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger. As an alternative to cocoa, you can use a level teaspoon of peanut butter, eight grams of dark chocolate or 50 grams of ripe banana.
Divide the cream into two bowls and keep in the fridge for at least half an hour before enjoying it.
Cottage cheesethey are low-calorie and protein at the same time, they cost a lot of money and when they are blended they lose their flaky consistency and become a fabulous cream halfway between Greek yogurt and ricotta. They are also the most satiating dairy product. You can also use them for cheesecake by the glass, light tiramisu, mousse or as a low-calorie and more protein substitute in place of ricotta, for example in a ricotta cake.
Easy Skimmed Cocoa Pudding:
One Serving: 110 calories.
In a saucepan, heat 5 tablespoons of water with a generous teaspoon of powdered agar agar (I buy the Rapunzel one). Bring to a boil and let the gelatin cook for one minute, stirring very often. Turn off and dilute the gelatin a little at a time with 200 ml of skim milk and 10 g of cocoa, stevia or sweetener to taste. Refrigerate for about 3 hours and voila your pudding (large portion) at 110 calories. Instead of skim milk, rice milk or other vegetable milk is good, but without added sugars and oils. The agar agaris a fantastic thickener, which used sparingly helps improve intestinal flora. You can customize the pudding with calorie-free syrup as a topping, such as Myprotein’s sugar free syrup .
