* Valid as a meal replacement for lunch or dinner

Cherry smoothie recipe:
100g of low-content cottage cheese of fat or 100 gr of Greek yogurt 0% fat, natural (i.e. white: in this case the calories are reduced to about 170)
60 ml of skimmed or soy or coconut milk without added sugar and light (max 34 calories per 100 ml)
50 gr of pre-frozen banana in pieces
80 gr of cherries (or alternatively strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
a handful of fresh spinach, well washed vanilla stevia
aroma
a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
Procedure: blend all the ingredients and it’s ready. If you drink it immediately and want it even more frothy, add 2 ice cubes.
