The seasonal diet to purify in 5 days

5 days to purify between January and February thanks to seasonal vegetables combined with other dietary foods. This would be enough to lose about a pound and a half / two in less than a week, thanks to this special seasonal diet.

THE SEASONAL DIET TO PURIFY IN 5 DAYS.

Breakfast.
A glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon and a level teaspoon of honey.
A cup of coffee or a cup of tea with stevia.
25 grams of wholemeal or normal toasted bread with a teaspoon of oil and a crushed tomato + a hard-boiled egg.
Or: 25 grams of wholemeal or normal toasted bread with a teaspoon of apple compote + 50 grams of lean ricotta and a 5 gram cube of extra dark chocolate.

Snack : 100 grams of orange or kiwi.

Lunch and dinner. 
250 grams of vegetables of your choice, boiled and then sauteed in a teaspoon of oil or butter between.
In five days you have to alternate the following vegetables.

  1. Cauliflower.
  2. Broccoli.
  3. Brussels sprouts.
  4. Savoy cabbage.
  5. Pumpkin.

More:

  • 40 grams of basmati rice or al dente pasta or 50 grams of normal or wholemeal toast.
  • 50 grams of raw ham or a can of natural tuna or 100 grams of turkey breast or the same weight of cod or 35 grams of mature Asiago cheese, grana Padano, gouda or 100 grams of drained legumes in a jar or one egg + one egg white.
  • Herbs and aromatic spices to taste.
  • A herbal tea with fennel seeds or burdock with stevia.
  • 2 almonds or a small tangerine.

Snack. 150 grams of cooked apple or pear with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Alternatively 150 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt with stevia and cinnamon.
