The popsicle diet of Dr. Wolfe, psychotherapist and nutritionist, is a typically summer diet and very satisfying, ideal for those who want to lose 3 kg in 10 days easily and without too many sacrifices, with free meals included.

The peculiarity of this diet is the stabilization of blood sugar during the day, with small smart meals and main meals with a high satiating index. It is a very simple diet, designed by the doctor so as not to make us feel the sacrifice of a low-calorie diet.

It can also be done during holidays or before / after a departure.

ICE LOLLY DIET: THE FIRST 5 DAYS MENU (Monday to Friday)

Breakfast, choose between.

  • A cup of green tea with stevia, 125 grams of low-fat white yogurt + a teaspoon of oat germ and one of honey + 200 ml of sugar-free apple, orange or pineapple juice.
  • A glass of water with lemon juice, 300 grams of melon or watermelon + 200 ml of soy milk + a coffee without sugar or with stevia.
  • 150 grams of white skimmed Greek yogurt + 100 grams of chopped cherries + a teaspoon of honey + a coffee or tea without sugar or with stevia.

Snack: a lemon or orange or black cherry or mint popsicle + a coffee without sugar.

Lunch, choose between.

  • 300 grams of grilled zucchini, peppers or eggplant with parsley and lemon juice. 50 grams of feta or mozzarella or tofu with 100 grams of sweet corn and 200 grams of datterini tomatoes + a teaspoon of oil + aromatic herbs to taste.
  • 200 grams of grated carrots with lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil, a can of natural tuna or 70 grams of bresaola, a 25 gram slice of toast, 200 grams of strawberries or cherries or peaches with cinnamon.
  • 50 grams of medium-sized al dente pasta with 250 grams of zucchini or peppers, 120 grams of egg white or 100 grams of shrimp tails, a teaspoon of oil or pesto. An apricot or medlar + a coffee without sugar.
  • 150 grams of chickpeas or corona beans (to be boiled) with rocket, cherry tomatoes and Tropea onion, a teaspoon of oil. A pack of pavesini + a coffee.
  • 60 grams of durum wheat bread stuffed with 65 grams of smoked salmon or smoked tuna, rocket or salad, lemon juice. A coffee + 100 grams of cherries or medlars.

Snack: a lemon or orange or black cherry or mint popsicle + a coffee without sugar.

Dinner.

120 grams of chicken, turkey breast or 100 grams of veal or one egg omelette + one egg white or 100 grams of cod / hake fillet with spices and herbs or 140 grams of octopus. Mixed green salad with a level teaspoon of oil or 150 grams of champignon mushrooms in a salad or 200 grams of tomatoes in a salad. A lemon or orange or sour cherry or mint popsicle or 50 grams of fruit ice cream with no added milk (lemon or strawberry). Fior di Fragola is also fine but not other popsicles.
