A one-day deflating diet, with an immediate effect on stomach and digestion, which allows us to reduce weight immediately if we overdo it over the weekend. Here is a complete day of diet that erases the signs of a too abundant Sunday or that can be followed the day after an important dinner in which we have exaggerated at the table.


  1. Low- calorie breakfast:
    a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed on an empty stomach.
    coffee or tea without sugar but with stevia.
    100 gr of fruit including kiwi, orange, clementine or blueberry.
    a medium egg with 2 slices of defatted cooked ham or bresaola *.
  2. Fiber lunch:
    salad with 100 gr of grated carrots, a sliced ​​cucumber, a handful of rocket and a teaspoon of oil + lemon juice. A tin of small natural tuna *. 150 grams of apple or pear baked in the oven with a sprinkling of cinnamon or alternatively 150 grams of natural orange or pineapple.
  3. Draining snack: a cup of green tea with a small piece of fresh ginger and stevia. 10 almonds.
  4. Light dinner:  a portion of light minestrone (without legumes or potatoes) pureed, without oil, with a tablespoon of grated parmesan.
    Chicken breast escalope with mushrooms with 100 gr of freshly floured chicken breast and passed in a teaspoon of oil in which we have stewed 150 gr of champignon mushrooms + half a glass of skimmed milk. Cook until the meat is cooked and the milk has reduced. A sugar-free decoction of fennel seeds.
