A 7-day detox diet with a program by the nutritionist Dr. Annalisa Subacchi , among the diet plans provided in her book, Dr. Subacchi’s diet according to food intolerances to lose from one kilo to 3 kilos in a week , with anti-swelling effect. Also ideal once a month or every two months as needed, and for slow but sustainable weight loss, here’s how to do it.

THE 7-DAY DETOX DIET OF DOCTOR SUBACCHI
Valid for all days except the last. 
Breakfast: green or white tea with 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 small banana or 30 g of unleavened bread or bread without yeast and gluten or 30 g of rusks with a teaspoon of jam without added sugar;
Alternative breakfast : fruit smoothie with 250 grams of mixed fruit, 30 grams of walnuts or almonds or pistachios, a teaspoon of honey.
Mid-morning snack: 15 grams of gluten-free breadsticks or unleavened bread with 20 grams of parmesan or alternatively 100 grams of fruit.
Mid-afternoon snack: a small fruit of your choice.

7-DAY DETOX DIET:
FIRST DAY
LUNCH: 200 grams of mixed vegetables with 2 tablespoons of oil.
DINNER: a portion of vegetable puree, preferably homemade.
SECOND DAY:
LUNCH: 50 grams of quinoa or buckwheat or amaranth boiled with 100 grams of leafy vegetables or vegetables of your choice from zucchini, valerian, songino, radicchio, rocket, chicory.
DINNER: a portion of vegetable puree, a plate of anchovies (about 120 g) with fennel or mackerel in natural alternatives.
THIRD DAY:
LUNCH: 120 gr of grilled chicken breast with spices and herbs, mixed vegetables;
DINNER: vegetable
soup FOURTH DAY
LUNCH: two boiled eggs, seasonal vegetables.
DINNER: vegetable soup, 150 gr of sea bream baked in foil or alternatively sea bass, cod, hake;
FIFTH DAY
LUNCH: 80 gr of natural tuna with vegetables; Snack:
DINNER: vegetable soup, 150 gr of cod or sole with parsley, cherry tomatoes, olives; SIXTH DAY LUNCH: 50 grams of quinoa or buckwheat or amaranth boiled with 100 grams of leafy vegetables or vegetables of your choice from zucchini, valerian, songino, radicchio, rocket, chicory. DINNER: 80 grams of blue fish or white meat, cooked or raw vegetables. SEVENTH DAY Breakfast: green or white tea with a teaspoon of honey and 150 gr of mixed fruit Snacks: no snacks for this da
