THE DETOX PROGRAM WITH A GENETIC DIET
Breakfast:
 200 ml of skimmed milk without lactose (alternatively, vegetable milk with reduced sugar content) + 3 rusks with a teaspoon of honey and some barley coffee.
Morning snack: 125 grams of skimmed fruit or natural yogurt (alternatively small yogurt with soy)
Lunch: a medium portion (150 grams) of white meat, fish, tofu or 2-3 eggs or (150/200 grams) of legumes from I read (indicative quantities of mine put in brackets: in the program we refer to a medium portion and that’s it), 30 gr of bread, side vegetables at will with a teaspoon of chia seeds. Afternoon snack

a fruit juice or smoothie obtained with 150/200 gr of two mixed low-sugar fruits (orange and kiwi, strawberries and grapefruit), spices such as fresh ginger or cinnamon to taste.
Dinner: a light vegetable cream, obtained by blending 400 grams of vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant or spinach or cauliflower or endive with 125 grams of skimmed yogurt or white soy yogurt without sugar, half a glass of vegetable broth without glutamate, salt, pepper, flavorings, aromatic herbs (two handfuls), a little oil. A side dish of vegetables like for lunch.
Snack: a soy pudding, a medium serving of fruit or a glass of skim milk.
