    • No sweeteners are allowed other than stevia .
    • Coffee or tea and unsweetened herbal teas are allowed.

GOLO SLIMMING DIET: WEEKLY PLAN

Breakfast.
Two scrambled or boiled eggs
100 grams of blueberries or currants or strawberries or pear
3 almonds or six pistachios
coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch.
100 grams of cod or chicken breast or turkey breast
a portion of vegetables in free quantity among the allowed with a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil
100 grams of boiled legumes or fresh peas or 150 grams of pear cooked with cinnamon.

Dinner.
120 grams of veal or 100 grams of fresh salmon or a can of large drained tuna in oil
a portion of vegetables in free quantity among the allowed quantities with a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil
100 grams of normal or sweet potato weighed from raw
2 nuts or 4 almonds or 8 pistachios.

Snack.
Smoothie of 200 ml of almond milk or coconut drink with no added sugar + 50 grams of pear or strawberries + a teaspoon of chopped chia or flax seeds or hemp seeds.
