By now VR technology is catching on very quickly among gamers, even if there are still few titles to actually play. However, the stock of titles in this sector could expand in the near future with Marvel video games ; or at least, that’s what the president of Marvel Games announces . In fact, the Marvel universe is getting positive feedback in the videogame field very slowly, but slowly it is getting its share of the market: over the years we have seen dozens of titles dedicated to these superheroes, even if only recently there has been a boom in these, perhaps due to an upcoming release of a game dedicated to The Avengers .

This will be developed by  Square Enix with Edios Montreal , but reportedly this wouldn’t be the only title the developers are working on. In an interview  Jay Ong , vice-president of Marvel with regard to the videogame sector, discussed the videogame experience obtained thanks to VR, declaring:

We have deepened our knowledge a lot in the last year and this technology offers truly incredible possibilities, in terms of interesting experiences. We can’t confirm anything, but believe me we are not ashamed to face it.
