    Ingrediants:
  • 5 celery sticks well washed and superficially scratched
  • 1 and a half liters of water
  • 3 whole organic lemons
  • 1 glass of parsley leaves (about 50 grams), no stems Blend a cup of water with celery and chopped lemons (pitted). Add the parsley. Blend until the ingredients are completely liquid. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a pitcher and add a liter and a cup of water.
    It can be kept in the fridge, but before drinking it must be at room temperature. You should set aside a glass the night before from the morning, and in the morning pour another glass and keep it aside for lunch.
