The 3-day bump diet of dr. Moreno

I recently talked about Dr. Mike Moreno and his splendid weight loss program, the 17-day diet , which proceeds in stages and allows you to lose many kilos without regaining them with a dietary re-education plan.

If you missed the diet, you can find it here: Dr. Moreno’s 17-day diet.

But how can you survive a more caloric weekend than usual?

Between pizza on Saturday and Sunday holidays, or after a long holiday weekend, in which we have disconnected from Friday, it happens to start the following week with the balance that marks one to two kilos more.

In this case, a 3-day bump diet is ideal for canceling the weekend cheats.

And Dr. Moreno proposes a tasty plan to get back in line, deflate the belly and get back on track.

Here it is exclusively for Dcomedieta , since the diet plan is NOT found online.
In addition, the diet can be continued for an extra day, replicating on Monday, if necessary.
