The 3-day bump diet of dr. Moreno

I recently talked about Dr. Mike Moreno and his splendid weight loss program, the 17-day diet , which proceeds in stages and allows you to lose many kilos without regaining them with a dietary re-education plan.

If you missed the diet, you can find it here: Dr. Moreno’s 17-day diet.

But how can you survive a more caloric weekend than usual?

Between pizza on Saturday and Sunday holidays, or after a long holiday weekend, in which we have disconnected from Friday, it happens to start the following week with the balance that marks one to two kilos more.

In this case, a 3-day bump diet is ideal for canceling the weekend cheats.

And Dr. Moreno proposes a tasty plan to get back in line, deflate the belly and get back on track.

Here it is exclusively for Dcomedieta , since the diet plan is NOT found online.
In addition, the diet can be continued for an extra day, replicating on Monday, if necessary.

Sweet omelette consisting of a small egg + two egg whites with a pinch of stevia, cooked in a pan with 5 grams of butter, and stuffed with 50 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt + a kiwi or 3-4 chopped strawberries. A cup of green tea.
150 grams of blueberries or raspberries or blackberries or strawberries or 150 grams of cherries. Alternatively 150 grams of orange.

  • 100 grams of fresh salmon or mackerel or 70 gr. of smoked salmon.
  • Salad of lettuce, red onion, tomatoes and cucumbers in free quantity, dressed with a level teaspoon of oil and a little balsamic vinegar.
  • A large glass of water.

Snack: 125 grams of 0% fat yogurt with 1 teaspoon of jam without added sugar.
Cauliflower or zucchini or Chinese cabbage, peppers or mushrooms, onion or squash sautéed with a teaspoon of oil, turmeric and paprika or pepper, plus 120 grams of chicken breast cut into strips and a few drops of soy sauce.
A herbal tea with anise or fennel seeds.
And one hour after dinner: 120 grams of pear or pineapple or peach.
