The 21 day ketogenic die

The 21 Day Ketogenic Diet is a ketogenic diet plan that helps you lose weight, deflate and lose body fat. In three weeks the body adapts completely to the state of ketosis, the sense of hunger is reduced and you can lose 6 to 8 kilos of weight.

This metabolic process is also called “fat-adaptation”. If the effects of the ketogenic diet are seen already after the first two days, fat adaptation is that metabolic state that allows you to fully utilize fats for energy purposes.

Let’s see the 21-day ketogenic diet plan, how many times we can repeat it and the maintenance tips.

The 21 day ketogenic diet

In the 21-day ketogenic diet, fat consumption must be equal to 75% of the daily calories introduced. Maximum 20% protein content and 5% carbohydrate content. In general, total net carbohydrates should never exceed 50 grams per day on a 2000/2500 calorie diet.

Since the ketogenic diet still has to be low calorie, if you are a sedentary woman you should use a 1400 calorie daily plan to lose 6 to 8 pounds in 21 days.

This means that carbohydrates must be equal to or less than 20 grams net to reach 5% of the recommended daily intake. If you are a man, on the other hand, you can lose weight with 25 net grams of carbohydrates in the context of a 2000 calorie diet
