Today I propose you a one day draining diet that is a real bomb. It is made by Yuri Elkaim , one of the best-known nutrition, weight loss and fitness experts in America, and bestselling author. In particular, Yuri, a frequent guest on US shows, has set himself the goal of helping over one hundred million people to solve their problems of overweight and slow digestion by 2040.

In fact, he had health problems for over twenty years, and thanks to his diet he defeated psoriasis.

His one-day draining diet is a passe-partout. Whenever you feel the need, returning from a weekend with a bit of calories or a wedding or pizza that left you weighed down, follow this quick detox.

THE SUPER DRAINING DIET FOR A DAY

Before breakfast: 500 ml (about two glasses) of warm water with the juice of half a lemon.
It should be drunk upon waking up on an empty stomach.
Breakfast.
Chia seed pudding with 100 grams of blueberries, two tablespoons of chia seeds, two tablespoons of hemp seeds, one tablespoon of flaxseed, 350 ml of almond milk with no added sugar.
Heat the milk first, then pour it into a bowl in which you have mixed the seeds. You can add stevia and cinnamon. Mix well and let the mixture rest for 3 minutes (if you want you can put everything in the fridge from the night before, semi + liquid, and then heat quickly). Add the blueberries and consume by the spoon, combining a cup of green tea with stevia.
After breakfast.
10-15 minutes of jogging on site, indoors or outdoors, or half an hour of brisk walking.
Lunch.
Salad with a generous handful of rocket, 100 grams of already boiled chickpeas (alternatively lentils), 10 chopped almonds, a handful of cabbage or raw cabbage, lemon juice, a teaspoon of toasted sesame or flax seeds, salt and pepper, a teaspoon of oil, a quarter of a clove of minced garlic.
A herbal tea with stevia with fennel seeds.
Dinner.
Konjac shirataki or alternatively sautéed zucchini for a few minutes, cut into slices, left a little crunchy, season with two tablespoons of a fresh tomato sauce in which you have added 2-3 dried tomatoes (not in oil), a handful of abundant basil, a teaspoon of oil, salt, pepper, 5-6 chopped olives, half a clove of minced garlic.
After dinner: a chamomile or a peppermint herbal tea with stevia.
