A summer dinner should be prepared in no time: ham and melon, grilled meat or fish, chicken salad or tuna and bean salad are typical summer dinner ideas that require little preparation. But most of the time, even in the summer, we run out of ideas , with the consequence that we end up eating a little more, perhaps because we indulge in sausages and dairy products that we have in the fridge to then accompany with bread, or because between bruschetta and fast wraps we end up eating too high a quantity of carbohydrates. The oven, then, for heaven’s sake: turning it on is equivalent to simulating an Apocalypse Now atmosphere in the kitchen.
So here are some recipes for a low-calorie summer dinner, fast, easy,with variations that allow us to be versatile and re-propose similar versions of the same dishes.
SUMMER DINNER, LIGHT AND FAST IDEAS
Summer dinner of 300-250 calories
– Salad of smoked salmon with datterini tomatoes (for 2 servings): mix in a bowl a package of 150 gr natural and zero-fat Greek yogurt with a generous teaspoon of pesto , one of apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. In a bowl, pour a bag of ready-made iceberg lettuce, 200 g of whole datterini tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of sweet corn salad, 2 medium-sized cucumbers, cut into slices and 100 g of smoked salmon in cubes or strips. Mix the ingredients and add the yogurt cream, mix quickly. Serve immediately. (Kcal: 300 per serving)
