Protein desserts: the diet cheesecake (150 calories per slice)

Today I am transcribing the recipe for one of the protein desserts with the highest protein content per serving: this dietary cheesecake has 150 calories per serving and 16.5 grams of protein! In practice, the protein cheesecake of this recipe has a higher protein content than a normal bar compared to its calories, and is perfect as a substitute meal, preceded by a simple mixed salad, at lunch or dinner for those who want to lose weight, but also as a substitute for breakfast or as a snack.
Among the protein desserts I make frequently, it is the one with the best flavor and texture without a doubt. For those who want to increase their protein intake without eating meat or fish, for those who play sports like me and must have a higher protein quota than a sedentary person, and for those who want to take in more protein because they are on a low-calorie diet but do not want to use protein powders and preparations,
this dietary cocoa cheesecake is ideal.

DIET CHEESECAKE WITH COCOA
(PROTEIN CHEESECAKE WITHOUT PROTEIN POWDER)

For 10 portions of protein cheesecake
45 gr bitter cocoa
500 ml of pasteurized egg white
100 gr pitted prunes
50 gr peanuts (they can only be replaced by pine nuts)
500 gr of skimmed milk flakes (if you find those exquisa with yogurt they are perfect and the calories
are even lower)
1 jar of 170 gr fage total yogurt
a pinch of salt
vanilla flavor to taste
sweetener to taste (I used sucralose)

In a blender, chop the prunes with the cocoa and peanuts, add the cottage cheese and yogurt and blend very well. Only at this point, add the sweetener: do a taste test, the plums are still sweet so it will take a little. Transfer the cream to a bowl and mix it with the previously whipped egg whites, taking a spoonful of egg whites at a time. Transfer the mixture to a 26 cm diameter pan, otherwise a pan is fine (you can then divide them like bars) and cook the protein cheesecake for about 40 minutes at 180 °. Let it cool, turn it out of the mold and put it in the fridge.
It can be kept for 3-4 days.

Macronutrients: 154 calories per serving (1/10), 5.6 grams of fat, 8.3 of carbohydrates of which 7.2 net, 16.5 grams of protein.

Topping: it can be garnished with a cold chocolate sauce (cocoa + skim milk + sweetener) or with red fruits (raspberries perfect) or sprinkled with cocoa.
