PROTEIN AND FIT COCOA CREAM
Dose for one person
A very generous teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa (6 grams)
120 ml (about half a cup) of skimmed milk (alternatively soy without added sugar is ok)
100 grams of egg white
a pinch of
vanilla flavored salt (optional)
Truvia, one and a half tablespoons
How to prepare the protein cocoa cream. In a saucepan, mix the cocoa with the skimmed milk, the Truvia, the aromas and a pinch of salt without making lumps. When cold, add the egg white, mix well and put everything on the fire, stirring constantly. Keep stirring the mixture until it hardens like a cream: it shouldn’t be too thick, and it shouldn’t come to a boil. Approximately 5-6 minutes is enough.
Let it cool, then pour the cream into a blender (or use an immersion blender) to make the egg white homogeneous and have a smooth cream. Keep it in the fridge for an hour before eating it.
