Plum smoothie for a light breakfast: 115 calories
An extra light plum smoothie, which with only 115 calories allows us to have a light and satisfying but above all healthy breakfast.
In fact, fresh plums and plums contain vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium: they are composed of 87% water and provide 46 calories per 100 grams. They have laxative properties, but few know that they also remove the desire for sweet.
They are therefore the perfect fruit for a seasonal smoothie to be consumed in late summer.
This light plum smoothie contains only 115 calories and is perfect for those on a diet or wanting to lighten up a little.
Just replace it for a week at the normal breakfast, have lunch with a protein salad (vegetables + legumes or chicken in chunks or shrimp tails or octopus or natural tuna or two eggs + a teaspoon of oil) and have dinner with a light second course to lose I weigh quickly by making two snacks of fruit or low-fat yogurt. Nothing complicated!

LIGHT PLUM SMOKE, THE RECIPE
Ingrediants
- 3 red plums, peeled and cut into small pieces (100 g)
- 100ml organic apple juice or coconut water or Alpro Light coconut vegetable drink
- 50 grams of kiwi or blueberries or raspberries (100 grams if you don’t use apple juice but coconut water or Alpro Light)
- a sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2-3 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients and drink immediately. Alternatively, it can be kept in the fridge (without the ice), just shake it to make it perfect again.
