This very spicy walnut plum cake is a perfect autumn dessert.

Walnut sugar-free plum cake: ingredients.

For our sugar-free plum cake you need.

  • 220 grams of wholemeal flour (wheat flour, spelled flour, or half wheat flour and oat flour can be used)
  • 100 grams of dates
  • a 125-gram jar of low-fat yogurt, white
  • 100 gram melinda apple puree or other sugar-free apple compote
  • 3 medium eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • two level teaspoons of baking soda
  • 100 grams of walnut kernels
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon or cloves
  • a bag of vanillin 

Procedure
Soak the dates with a teaspoon of baking soda and two glasses of warm water from the night before. Drain them from the water and pass them to the blender after having pitted them.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the vanilla, the chosen spice, a pinch of salt. Add the apple puree and yogurt, beat the mixture for another minute.
Sift the flour into the bowl with a teaspoon of baking soda.
Stir and add the date puree. Finally the chopped or chopped walnuts.
Put the mixture in a liter plum cake mold, lined with parchment paper, then in the oven at 175 ° for about 35 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Remove the sugar-free plum cake from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting it into ten slices.
