NETFLIX WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTED ON SOME SAMSUNG SMART TVS

Starting December 1, 2019, Netflix will no longer be supported on certain older Samsung smart TVs.

For those who love the Netflix platform and own a Samsung smart TV – we mean quite old models – there is no good news. In fact, starting from next December 1st, the streaming giant’s application will no longer be compatible with some models of the well-known Korean brand. The reason is to imply technical limitations as explained directly by the spokesperson of the company.

“On December 1st, Netflix will not be supported on a limited number of older devices due to technical reasons. We have informed all interested members by providing them with more information on the alternative screens we support, so they can continue enjoying Netflix without interruption. “

Unfortunately, we still can’t tell you which specific models fall into this list. It must be said that televisions that will no longer be supported will still be able to continue to enjoy the streaming service through a set-top box such as Apple TV, a dongle such as Google’s Chromecast, Amazon’s Fire TV Stick or external devices such as consoles.
