The healthy and slimming winter fruit juice
A winter fruit juice, to be made with a centrifuge or extractor, to drink in the morning to purify and lose a couple of kilos in 2-3 weeks without upsetting the diet too much.

HEALTHY AND SLIMMING WINTER FRUIT JUICE
Ingredients:
250 grams of pumpkin previously cooked in the oven for about twenty minutes and left to cool.
100 grams of peeled apple or pear
a pinch of cinnamon
Once the pumpkin is cooked, remove the peel and put it in the centrifuge together with the apple or pear in pieces. The juice can be adjusted with half a glass of water, a pinch of cinnamon, possibly a pinch of ginger.
It should be drunk first thing in the morning for 2-3 weeks (even before coffee).
Those who wish can instead blend the mixture with half a glass of water, to take on more fiber and have a first satiating effect.
