How to lose weight and tone your body in a short time?
Here is a very easy workout, to be performed six days a week, that you can do in the gym but also at home, on the road, in any situation. Despite being a bodyweight workout, this very short program will be useful for toning up your body for the summer and / or holidays.
And best of all: it only lasts 5 minutes! 5 minutes a day to be combined with a cardio activity of your choice such as a walk for maximum results (weight loss and toning).

Monday: mini workout for belly, arms and thighs
repeat the cycle of exercises 3 times, with a 30 second break for each cycle.
