- Or: 100 grams of avocado on which we have put a hard-boiled egg with a soft yolk and a pinch of salt and two walnuts in pieces, or alternatively we have blended with 100 grams of soy yogurt, a teaspoon of almond butter, cinnamon and stevia. A coffee or tea without sugar.
- Alternatively: 25 grams of toasted wholemeal bread with a hard-boiled or scrambled egg or 40 grams of light philadelphia or 125 grams of white yogurt plus 100 grams of kiwi or red fruits and a teaspoon of butter or almond butter. A coffee or tea without sugar.
