I’m on a diet but can’t lose weight: amazing updates on the topic

on a dietI take inspiration for this nice update on the theme “I can’t lose weight and yet I’m on a diet” from the Women Health Magazine. Because even when we go on a diet and are loaded like machine guns with the best of intentions, we can all make mistakes and find ourselves firing blanks .
For example, if your diet includes a poor and protein-free breakfast (milk, yogurt, a leg of lamb … no, I’m kidding, no leg), you will find yourself with hunger cramps after an hour. If you work out but you are not losing weight, here is one, something is wrong: the training must be variedor, and you need to remember to snack first. For physical activity it would be better not to do your own thing but to be followed, to go to the gym. But get moving, do something. If you rely on diet alone to lose weight, it is very easy to stall after the first few pounds (plateau) and think about giving up.

Another thing: I’m someone who gets stressed out looking at the scales. The scale is my enemy, so I force myself to weigh myself every now and then. If you are losing weight, nothing is easier than running away from happiness. Noooooo! Or if the needle does not go down, nothing is easier than thinking that if the results are not immediate, dieting is useless . These are things you wouldn’t think about without that damn scales.
Last but not least, avoid gorging yourself on diet drinks or foods. If before you were a serial consumer of sugary drinks, changing to dietary ones allowed you to continue the diet, but try not to abuse. They can create metabolic problems. And don’t use sweetener like it’s raining – your coffee doesn’t have to become a snow field just because you use stevia. But if all this isn’t enough: have you ever thought it’s the wrong diet?
