Hot diet: lose weight by helping digestion

Hot foods according to the Hot diet are those that feed the digestive fire: natural ones are orange, red and yellow, and are often tubers, such as beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, celeriac.Â
We are not talking exactly about the temperature of the food, therefore, or not only (in winter it is better to eat hot food, in summer even cold foods are fine)  but also about different types of food.
Fruit that grows on trees should be eaten cooked : apples, pears, etc., belong to the category of cooling foods.
Cereals and starchy foods, but also the simple sugars of sweets and snacks, are absolutely to be avoided for nine days in a row, while in this first phase of the Hot diet it is necessary to eat 7-10 portions of especially cooked vegetables, avoid coffee in favor of green tea, drink plenty of water (up to 10 glasses a day), eat from zero to 9 portions of proteins to week (especially fish, poultry and eggs, all organic), eat three portions of fruit preferably of the hot or reheating type (peaches, raspberries, mangoes, cherries and avocado) while “cooling” fruit (apples, pears , citrus fruits, bananas, red fruits) should be eaten cooked or combined with the warming one.
After this first nine-day phase of the Hot diet, there is a three-day purification period based on vegan soups,and then resume the nine-day phase again. In all, 21 days of detox period to deflate, lose weight, restore digestive fire and boost metabolism. To maintain weight and new health, it is necessary to follow certain principles forever (for example the right combinations of fruits and vegetables, the type of protein, etc.), and you will no longer have problems with weight and slow digestion.
