To stay away from hair loss problems, it is mandatory to take care of our lifestyle and diet seriously. If you are facing hair loss problems, do not let yourself be overcome by stress.

Worrying can make your hair more fragile. Ayurveda offers some solutions to the problem of hair loss .

Indian Gooseberry: It is also known as Amla , and is used in numerous ailments by many Ayurveda therapists. This fruit enriched with vitamin C removes toxins from the blood and strengthens the digestive system. A good digestive system helps to control the problem of hair loss.

How to make a hair mask with Amla

Now let’s see how to make the Amla based hair mask.

Stir until the mixture becomes a not too thick cream;
> Now, apply it to your scalp and hair;
> Wash your hair after 30 minutes , preferably with warm water;
> Apply this solution twice a week for two months .

Also, if you have gray hair, you can mix the powder of an Ayurvedic herb,  ‘ Shikakai ‘ into the mixture you just made and apply it to your hair. It will work as a dark brown natural color.
