Worrying can make your hair more fragile. Ayurveda offers some solutions to the problem of hair loss .Â
Indian Gooseberry: It is also known as Amla , and is used in numerous ailments by many Ayurveda therapists. This fruit enriched with vitamin C removes toxins from the blood and strengthens the digestive system. A good digestive system helps to control the problem of hair loss.
How to make a hair mask with Amla
Now let’s see how to make the Amla based hair mask.
> Take three or four tablespoons of Amla powder and mix it with water;
> Stir until the mixture becomes a not too thick cream;
> Now, apply it to your scalp and hair;
> Wash your hair after 30 minutes , preferably with warm water;
> Apply this solution twice a week for two months .
Also, if you have gray hair, you can mix the powder of an Ayurvedic herb,  ‘ Shikakai ‘ into the mixture you just made and apply it to your hair. It will work as a dark brown natural color.
NOTE
If you are using this solution to color your hair, be sure to use lukewarm water . Let Amla and Shikakai soak in warm water overnight for best results.
How to make a hair mask with Bhringraj
Bhringraj : Another effective Ayurvedic medicine for hair treatment.Â
> Get the Bhringraj leaves and mix them with plenty of water. In the absence of leaves, it is also possible to use Bhringraj powder;
> mix until the mixture becomes a not too thick cream;
> apply this paste on the hair and scalp for 25 minutes ;
> wash your hair with warm water.
To make this solution more effective, you can mix Tulsi leaves , Amla leaves and Neem leaves . Adding Neem and Tulsi to this solution will remove dandruff.
How to make a hair mask with Ashvagandha
The hair loss problem is caused by a hormone: cortisol . Applying Ashavagandha paste to your scalp balances the cortisol level, reduces hair loss and facilitates hair growth.
Good blood circulation in the scalp is maintained, dandruff is removed and the production of melanin in the scalp is facilitated. To prepare the Ashvagandha based paste:
> Take three or four tablespoons of Ashwagandha;
> mix until the mixture becomes a not too thick cream;
> add three teaspoons of Amla powder to make it more effective;
> apply this solution for 25 minutes and wash with warm water.
