Going to the gym: when is it convenient and when not?
Going to the gym:Â when should you go to the gym to lose weight and get back in shape, and when is money wasted?
I would like to tell you that it is never money wasted, but unfortunately it is not. There are some people who for the use they make of the gym could very well save money and give up, others who instead profit from it and use it as a way to improve their life.
Here’s how to figure out if going to the gym is a good idea for you or not.
GO TO THE GYM: WHEN IS MONEY WASTE ???
– If you sign up in May to have the body you want in July: difficult to get results in a very short time, especially if we are sedentary people with little muscle mass. The gym is not a court of miracles, it is a place that must be a permanent part of our life. There are those who instead join the gym for one or two months with the intention of trying everything before showing up on the beach. But the approach is wrong. A harmonious and muscular body is not built overnight.
– If you just want to burn some calories:go to the gym, yes, but woe to touch a weight. You do it to use the treadmill, the stationary bike, but if that’s your goal, you could go for a run, brisk walking every day, swim, and maybe use the cardio room only in winter, when these activities are outdoors. open are less likely. But paying a monthly gym fee to use only the cardio zone is a bit of an understatement.
