Dr. White’s AARP diet for weight loss at 50

Dr. White’s AARP diet for weight loss at 50

Developed last year by Dr. John White for members of the nonprofit AARP, which teaches people how to live better as they age, the AARP diet is a healthy diet for weight loss at age 50 and beyond.

In fact, Dr. White tested the diet at the end of 2018 on a sample of volunteers from the organization with problems of overweight and obesity. Result? Out of a sample of men and women who were over the age of 50, people lost an average of 9 to 15 pounds in 4 months.

Considering that losing weight at 50 is much more difficult than at 20 and that overweight is often combined with health problems, the AARP diet is a safe and reliable diet for all those who suffer not only from overweight, but also from type diabetes 2, high cholesterol and hypertension.

Developed with the collaboration of the NHS, Dr. White’s AARP diet is based on 10 rules.
