Dr. Oz’s 7 Minute Weight Loss Workout

A slimming workout that is simple, does not require tools and makes us lose only 7 minutes a day?
The idea is from Dr. Oz , who hosted America’s Doctor coach and dietician Joy Bauer on his show.
The ideal would be to do this workout in the morning.

As you will see, these 7 minutes of weight loss training pack some yoga movements in a Tabata approach.

DR OZ 7 MINUTE SLIMMING WORKOUT

  • Before starting, do some stretching stretching exercises for one minute, like these .
  • Now the first exercise: the plank for 30 seconds ( link ).
  • The second exercise is ten push-ups.
  • The third exercise is ten push-ups with knee to elbow ( link ).
  • The fourth exercise is five sphinx postures ( link ).
  • The sixth exercise is five cat postures ( link ).
  • The seventh exercise is ten kickbacks for flat buttocks, per leg ( link) .
  • The eighth exercise is ten plank walking with the hands ( link ). Take a ten second break and repeat the cycle.
  • At the end of the two rounds, do the warrior position four times, two on each side
