Dietary and easy brownies with 4 ingredients: only 35 calories

These dietary brownies have a low glycemic index, have only 4 ingredients except the aroma and the sweetener, are very easy to make, do not require cooking and are very tasty: ideal for those who want to keep fit but want a little cocoa cake in the afternoon or at breakfast. The recipe comes from Dr. Oz’s Pegan 365 diet plan .
The calories are 35 per piece if we divide the mixture into 16 squares: if in 8 squares, 70.
We can eat two or one as a snack.

DIETIC AND EASY BROWNIES: 4 INGREDIENTS AND 35 CALORIES EACH
Ingredients:

a jar of chickpeas already boiled and well drained of the cooking / conservation water
a medium banana (about 110/120 grams)
60 ml of vegetable milk from rice or oats or almond or coconut
50 grams of bitter cocoa
vanilla
stevia flavor

Procedure: just put all the ingredients in the blender. Then pour the mixture into a square or rectangular pan, cover it with a film and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Then you can cut the brownies into squares and enjoy them, covering them with bitter cocoa or cinnamon or a little coconut flakes. Diet brownies can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
For the baked version of dietary brownies  just add two eggs to the mixture, a tablespoon of vanilla yeast, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow them to cool to room temperature before cutting them.
To have a more dark taste, use red beans instead of chickpeas or even better black beans, if you find them in a jar.
