In the past few hours, new information has emerged regarding the lawsuit , which has lasted for over 2 years, between Oculus and Zenimax . The latter accuses John Cormack and Luckey Palmer of being “big” impostors and of having stolen the technologies to make Oculus Rift. According to what was reported by Polygon , some representatives of Oculus lied under strict oath , presenting as part of their defense, expert reports that were ultimately false. All this was discovered once the judge in turn engaged an expert to analyze John Cormack ‘s PC ,discovering the inconsistencies between what was revealed and the statements provided by the representatives in question.
