Chocolate mousse and light pumpkin

Chocolate mousse and light pumpkin

Today I propose a recipe developed as an autumn idea , to cope without too many sacrifices to the period of the first cold, which generally triggers in us lustful cravings for sweets. It is nice to experiment and create dessert recipes that do not trigger feelings of guilt, such as this chocolate and pumpkin mousse which, for those on a strict diet, can even be further degreased.

The procedure is really very simple, and the portions are two generous cups   that can be sprinkled with bitter cocoa on top. This is a recipe for a truly healthy chocolate mousse: it contains Greek yogurt, spices, bitter cocoa and pumpkin. It is a perfect recipe for breakfast, but we can also eat it as a dessert after a meal or as a snack.

A mix of good fats, lean proteins and healthy carbohydrates, but above all a mix of precious substances and antioxidants such as vitamins A, E, C and polyphenols. Perfect for children, it is a pumpkin-based dessert idea that will allow them to eat vegetables in a single snack.
Calories are 165 per serving. For those on a diet, given that the portion per person of this mousse is very abundant and satiating, we can divide the contents of the recipe into 4 small glasses and eat half a portion, for only 83 calories.
Less than a pudding and about half of a snack.

Perfect for breakfast, snack, or even as a substitute meal if we combine it with a portion of vegetable cream.
Here are the ingredients of this autumn chocolate mousse!

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE and AUTUMN PUMPKIN

Ingredients for 2 large or 4 small cups

250 gr of pumpkin (raw weight)
a tablespoon of bitter cocoa
25 gr of milk chocolate
stevia to taste
ginger powder a pinch or vanilla flavoring
170 gr of Greek yogurt fage 0%

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, boil it in water with a pinch of salt.
Drain it very well and, once lukewarm, blend it with the cocoa and dark chocolate reduced to tiny pieces (or melted separately). You must obtain a smooth and lump-free mixture. Meanwhile, work the Greek yogurt (drained) cold from the refrigerator with the stevia. Pour the yogurt into the chocolate cream and mix well, then pour the mixture into two bowls, sprinkle it with more bitter cocoa and keep in the fridge covered with cling film for at least 4 hours before serving.

165 Kcal for half dose: 7 g fat; carbohydrates 30 gr; proteins 12 gr.
For those who are vegan: replace yogurt with creamy or velvety tofu for the same weight and milk chocolate with dark.
