Chia water for a flat stomach and intestinal regularity

I will be one of the trends this year, given that the recipe has been circulating online for a few months: it is chia seeds water , detox water with chia seeds, also called “fresh chia”, known in Mexico and useful for those with intestinal regularity problems, constipation and a swollen belly.
Chia water can be drunk every day for 3-4 weeks in a row , instead of the various lemon waters and variants (lemon and honey, lemon, ginger and honey or other): then it is good to take a break of two or three weeks and resume.
If we love detox waters, in this “break” we can drink sassy water (legendary, here the recipe ).

The ideal is to drink it especially in the morning, before breakfast: this will help our intestinal regularity if we struggle to go to the bathroom and will allow us to have a flat stomach even during the day.

CHIA WATER FOR INTESTINAL REGULARITY AND A DEFLATED BELLY
The daily dose is one tablespoon of chia seeds in a 250 ml (morning only) or 500 ml / 1lt portion of water (from the morning before breakfast, then drink it throughout the day). In any case, it must be done a day before and left to infuse in the fridge. The ingredients are mixed very well, gradually adding water to the chia seeds. It is normal for the water to be a little cloudy: chia seeds infuse oils rich in omega3 and fiber into the water.

Basic recipe: water + a level spoonful of chia seeds + the juice of a lemon + a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup + 1 cinnamon stick or fresh ginger a 5 cm piece of root

Flavored
recipe: basic recipe + 1 cucumber + fresh mint
basic recipe + 5-6 strawberries + slices of lemon or lemon or grapefruit + fresh mint
basic recipe with hot water + a bag of karkadè / green tea + slices of fresh orange and mint or basil.
