Brownie without butter and without cooking: only 3 ingredients

These no-butter, no-bake brownies are super easy to make and are ideal in the summer, when we don’t want to try our hand at oven recipes and want a quick and easy dessert to make. The no-butter and no-bake brownie recipe has only three ingredients, and is proposed by nutritionist Lyndi Cohen in her blog based on Eaton Balanced recipe. Here is the recipe. Gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegan.

Brownie without butter and without cooking with only 3 ingredients
For 12 brownies
140 grams of: almonds or hazelnuts or walnuts or cashews or peanuts (the best version is with hazelnuts!)
120 grams of dates without stones
12 grams of bitter cocoa
Procedure:
First, blend the hazelnuts or other dried fruit to taste until they are completely pulverized. Add dates and cocoa to the blender, until the mixture is homogeneous and compact. Take a square dish or other container and line it with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and using a spoon spread it well and evenly over the entire base of the pan. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top, and roll it out quickly with your hands. Put the dish in the fridge for half an hour. Remove from the fridge, remove the top parchment paper, cut the mixture into 12 portions and transfer your no-butter, no-cooking brownies to a tray. If it is very hot it is best to keep them in the fridge. Calories are 130 per serving.
The extra idea:you can customize your brownies without butter and without cooking with:
spices (cinnamon, ginger powder, vanilla), a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of espresso.
You can also replace the hazelnuts with dehydrated coconut (same doses): in this case add about 5-6 calories per piece.
