Days 1-3

Breakfast.
A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water upon awakening.
Hot ginger tea.
Two brown rice cakes with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and one of extra virgin olive oil each.
Mid-morning.
A smoothie made with 180 grams of blueberries or half a banana + a date or 100 grams of blueberries + 40 grams of avocado, a glass of water and a scoop of protein powder. Proteins, brands (one of your choice): PRO3 BANANA or Barinutrics Whey or for vegans or Organic Vegan Protein – Vanilla .
