Vitamin D.

Vitamin D is certainly one of the vitamins that are good for hair . Indeed, according to recent studies it seems that this particular vitamin not only guarantees better resistance and shine of the hair but also guarantees hair regrowth. Obviously it is legitimate to ask where is vitamin D , first of all, it should be noted that vitamin D can be easily taken, especially in the summer months, all you need to do is a walk in the sun. According to recent studies, it seems that to have an efficient production of vitamin D in the skin it is sufficient to expose yourself to sunlight for at least thirty minutes .. Vitamin D can also be taken through a correct diet by consuming foods such as: mushrooms, tuna, mackerel, liver and many other foods.

Retinol

Retinol, or vitamin A , is very useful for the hair structure, as it regulates the synthesis of keratin. This means that a correct intake of vitamin A is able to delay hair aging and regulate the production of sebum. On the contrary, the absence of vitamin A causes dry skin as well as dandruff, dullness and fragility. But how is it possible to take vitamin A? It is mainly present in fruits and vegetables, but also in milk (and consequently in dairy products), egg yolk and cod liver oil or other fish. Often, in supplements, retinol is present in the form of beta-carotene.

Vitamins of group B

In addition to the skin and nails, the B vitamins are also particularly useful for the well-being of the hair. In fact, like vitamin A, they are used to synthesize keratin; in addition, they nourish the follicles. In this case, vitamin B2 is mainly involved in this action. Vitamin B5, on the other hand, has an anti-hair loss action and helps maintain the natural color of the hair. Therefore, it is necessary to eat foods that allow you to fill up on B vitamins, namely eggs, milk, fish, peas and green leafy vegetables. Optionally, it is also possible to take supplements based on brewer’s yeast.

Vitamin E

This vitamin is particularly known for its antioxidant properties . However, it is also able to nourish the hydrolipidic film that covers the hair, therefore it is able to help keep the scalp hydrated and the hair thick and luminous . In addition, it is an excellent tonic following exposure of the hair to sunlight or treatments that cause dryness. Vitamin E is fat-soluble, and is found mainly in vegetable fats , such as oils (corn, soybean or sunflower), in whole grains , and in nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.
