Perfect skin with these foods
Are there any foods that can give us perfect skin? Absolutely yes . Just as there are foods (or a certain type of diet) that can worsen our skin and make it age earlier: for example, coffee and alcohol, or sugar. A careful diet is really the first beauty cream and the simplest way to get a perfect, luminous and more compact skin. Do not you believe it? Well, I’m sure you’ve never tried supplementing your diet with these things. Give it a try, and you will see the difference (my word that I usually consume some of these foods):
TEN FOODS FOR PERFECT SKIN
Flaxseed:flax seeds contain linoleic acid, a fatty acid very important for the beauty of the skin and with a protective and antioxidant function. How are they eaten? Well, flax seeds must be crushed, because their oil is contained within the seeds. Or they can be kept in infusion. From mashed up they can be put in salads, vegetable creams, savory or sweet muffins, smoothies, cereals in the morning and so on.
Sunflower seeds:I love them, they give a luminous skin and they are very good even eaten like this. Throw a handful in your salad (a trick: make yourself a jar of flax, pumpkin, chia and sunflower seeds so you have your mix of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids close at hand).
Dark chocolate:Â especially in the bitter quality, not only does it not hurt the figure, but it is a natural antioxidant, ideal for a young and compact skin.
Sweet potatoes: have a lower than normal glycemic index. If you find them, buy them to roast them or in salads: they have vitamins that favor the natural production of collagen, preventing the action of free radicals.
Tomatoes:lycopene will save us, and by not dispersing with cooking, it allows us to eat both raw and cooked tomatoes to have perfect skin.
Yogurt: If you want your antioxidant bomb, eat Greek yogurt with added red fruits, goji berries and seed mix. Yogurt helps the intestinal flora and purifies the skin, preventing skin aging.
Red Peppers:Â Like tomatoes, we eat these phenomenal vegetables for their vitamin C and B6 content, which improves microcirculation for brighter, firmer skin.
Salmon:Â vitamin D and omega 3 fats make salmon our ally both for a more active metabolism and for a more elastic skin!
Spinach:full of antioxidants and vitamins, I recommend them both raw and cooked! They are good for your skin.
