The 1200 calorie 28-day Exante diet

The 1200 calorie 28-day Exante diet

Before talking to you about the Exante diet, which is a diet that was born and is proposed by a company of replacement meals and supplements, I make a premise, in case you have followed me recently or otherwise.

I don’t get paid by companies to write my articles on meal replacements and products, so my suggestions are not related to other interests. In fact, I wrote a diet book based on natural meal replacements .
So if anything I would be interested in the opposite.

In the past I have written about diet plans that were developed by companies and companies and that I thought were valid or not.
I talked about it for good or bad depending on the product, but I have always felt free to express my opinion precisely because I refused certain “loans”.

Another necessary premise, already present in the site’s disclaimer, is that the dietary indications reported on Dcomedieta are not intended as a substitute for a diet proposed by a dietician or nutritionist.

Having said that, I have tried Exante products in the past, and I particularly enjoyed their bars and some snacks.

DIET EXANTE: WHAT IT CONSISTS OF

Exante has created a 28 day program for (healthy) people who want to lose weight on a 1200 calorie low calorie diet that is affordable, around 100 euros for the whole package. One hundred euros for 4 weeks is not enough.

So knowing how many of you ask me if there are good brands of meal replacement or good meal replacement programs, I thought I’d check it out for you.

While I don’t like meal replacements ( I explain why here ), I surrender to the fact that many readers think they are instead a great way to lose weight, even though I believe that you can make them yourself, naturally, and I explain it here.

Exante has a good policy of both transparency and communication, and, for those who know MyProtein, sells similar products.

The 28-day Exante diet does not use catchy but questionable slogans like those often found on the net (such as “tone up”, lose only fat mass, goodbye nervous hunger, etc.).

It simply proposes a program of almost a month to lose weight with a 1200 calorie diet that includes some of their products.
That is, two substitute meals (a shake for breakfast and a shake for dinner or a vegetable cream for dinner) and a snack in the mid-afternoon.

The mid-morning snack and traditional meal that are not substitutes are suggested with very simple directions, and a weekly plan that can be downloaded here .
Recipes for lunch or dinner that do not include meal replacement are provided free on the blog, here.
Let’s see what products they offer. ( CONTINUED ON PAGE TWO )
