On a diet before marriage? Here are the mistakes to avoid

Do you want to go on a diet before marriage?
Preparing for the big event already requires a lot of stress, but at the same time it is normal that on your wedding day you want to feel in the best shape.

But often instead of doing well you risk overdoing it, and so there are many women who go on a crash diet to be perfect on their wedding day. With the result that between their honeymoon and back to normal, they find themselves with a lot more weight . A wedding gift that is certainly not welcome.

Here’s everything you need to know if you want to go on a diet before marriage.

DIET BEFORE MARRIAGE: MY ADVICE

  • The sooner you go, the better.
Don’t reduce yourself to the last minute on the diet.
Just as you planned your wedding day in advance, start having better eating habits starting six months before the big event, or at least three.
If you have some weight to burn off, go for a sustainable diet to lose 2-3 kilos a month. Here I propose a plan that will not only allow you to lose weight, but will set you free one day , plus it will allow you to completely detoxify. . You choose your day of freedom.
It can be Saturday or Sunday.
For six days, cut back on gluten (without completely eliminating it) and fats and aim for more natural and digestible foods.

Don’t do the workout on an empty stomach.

  • What to do if one day you break the rule.
It can happen on weekends out, an invitation to a party or a pizzeria.
Follow a compensatory diet like this the next day.
  • Three days before the wedding.
Just three days before the wedding, aim for a quick detox.

Choose the option with fruit for breakfast, and instead of the foods marked with an asterisk, drink a simple orange juice or eat a medium banana.
This will allow you to intelligently reduce carbohydrates and increase the amount of potassium in the diet, for a quick deflating effect.
At the same time, drink 3-4 glasses of low-fixed water from morning to lunch. If possible, walk for an hour a day, preferably in the morning.

During these three days, drink a deflating herbal tea like this one.
