-5 kg in 15 days with the Greek Mediterranean diet
The Greek diet is often considered the flagship of the Mediterranean diet.
Less westernized than the Italian one, the Greek diet has the advantage of being composed of simple and fresh dishes, and has few really elaborate dishes (such as desserts rich in honey and nuts or moussaka) to avoid or limit.
Furthermore, it does not revolve around pasta or carbohydrate lunch (based on bread, pasta, rice), but involves a more balanced consumption of proteins throughout the day, only olive oil for seasoning, lean cuts of meat, olives, nuts , cheeses and Greek yogurt.
With this plan inspired by the Greek Mediterranean diet proposed by Maria Loi, a renowned Greek chef, you can lose up to 5 kg in 15 days with a low-calorie and balanced diet.
Obviously, weight loss is always related to our metabolism and our health picture.
If you have a lot of weight to lose and have never been on a diet, you can hope to lose the maximum weight, which is actually 5 kg in 15 days or even more.
