Yogurt and Peach Mousse: Only 50 calories per serving

Yesterday I unfortunately finished this yogurt and peach mousse that I found perfect as a mid-day snack and also as a small dessert after dinner: the ideal is to divide it into eight bowls and keep them in the fridge. The calories per cup are only 50, and it is a delicious and fresh idea, without sugar except that of fruit. For this yogurt and peach mousse I used skimmed yogurt and nectarines: the result is a low-calorie, delicate, low-carbohydrate, low-fat dessert suitable for those who have to follow a low-fat diet and must keep carbohydrates under control.

YOGURT AND PEACH MOUSSE: THE RECIPE
For 8 cups / portions
500 gr of natural low-fat white yogurt type Vipiteno
sweetener to taste: good stevia, erythritol, sucralose. (For the doses, adjust depending on the type)
gelatin in sheets, 12 gr (I had the Paneangeli one)
vanilla or almond flavor Paneangeli: a few drops
150 ml of water
20 gr of bitter cocoa
200 gr of nectarines + one of 50 gr for the gasket

Procedure for the yogurt and peach mousse:
First, soak the gelatine sheets, squeeze them and immerse them in the 150 ml of hot water that you have previously boiled. In a mixer, transfer the yogurt, the 200 g of peaches including the peel, the aroma, the cocoa and the sweetener. Blend well, so that the texture of the mousse is homogeneous and does not contain small pieces of peach, pour the gelatin dissolved in water and blend for another 10 seconds.
Arrange the 8 bowls and pour the cream in equal parts. Cover them with cling film and keep them in the fridge for about 3 hours. Garnish each cup with a slice of nectarine, a leaf of fresh mint or a little bitter cocoa. Enjoy the cold peach and yogurt mousse.
