The fat burning diet that makes you lose 12 pounds in 1 month

This fat burning diet that I will talk about today is very simple to do, and can allow us to lose more weight than a traditional diet without counting calories: it is ideal for those who need to lose a lot of weight in a short time (about 10-14 kg in one month), with the advice not to continue it for more than 5 weeks.

It is in fact a ketogenic diet , but very different from the others and safer.
Unlike many crash diets, this fat burning diet takes a very smart approach. In fact, he has a first week of transition, two weeks of proper diet that we can increase to three, and another week of transition. In 4-5 weeks you can lose up to 10-14 kilos. The transition week is recommended to avoid the abrupt transition from a normal carbohydrate to a carbohydrate-free diet, and is also essential after the diet to resume normal carbohydrate eating without gaining weight again.

  • To be followed for the first and for the fourth week or for the first and the fifth week. Breakfast:2 medium eggs or 1 natural whole Greek yogurt of 150/170 gr + 100 gr of fruit to choose from among kiwi, pear, apple, clementine, strawberries, cherries, pineapple, mango, red fruits + coffee or tea without sugar. 
    Snack: 15 grams of 99% extra dark chocolate or 10 almonds.
    Lunch and dinner: 100 grams of lean meat including chicken, turkey and veal or white fish such as sea bream, cod, hake, natural tuna.
    150 grams of vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, courgettes) + a portion of mixed salad to taste without corn, potatoes or carrots. 3 teaspoons of oil per raw meal.
    Instead of meat and fish, you can eat 100 grams of tofu or cottage cheese.
    Afternoon snack: 100 g of fruit of your choice + 20 g of quality aged cheese such as Parmigiano Reggiano. 
    Notes: Only sweetener such as stevia or tic is allowed, half a glass of wine per day for women and one for men.
    For the rest, water, tea or herbal teas.
