  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 small piece of ginger root

  • 3 lemon slices

Take a pitcher of water, add the two pieces of root, add the lemon and let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. More thirst-quenching and less strong in flavor, it is perfect as a summer drink.
