The information you find online or even hear from an expert is always generic.
It’s not like people looking for shortcuts or crash diets have never gone to the dietician: they often privately show me their paid and theoretically personalized diets. And these diets even reach a thousand calories, or do not exceed 1200.
In my life, I started doing diets as a girl, but when I turned to professionals, only one of them gave me a 1500 calorie diet (however without taking into account some parameters, for example without knowing that I was already starting with a low metabolism); in the other cases, I was subjected to diets of 1000 round calories.
And I was in my early twenties.
Do not misunderstand me. The best idea is always to go to a dietician or a nutritionist if we don’t know how to create our diet to lose weight and stay healthy: BUT before going there, it is still necessary for you to have a clear idea.
