What are those pimples on the tongue and how to cure them?

Hi, I’m 21 and have had pimples in my tongue for 2 years now. I’m terrified because I can’t understand why !! I suffer from a lot of anxiety and being a single mother I am very stressed. I’m a vegetarian but I don’t eat a lot of fruit and vegetables (plus carbohydrates and derivatives). These species of canker soresthey do not cause me pain but they itch and annoy me. They are piled up like I almost have an allergy. I have been going on for years with this “mystery” and I tried the dentist and the doctor to ask what it was but they all told me that it is an irritation or a lack of vitamins. The looks are like pimples but I repeat that pain is not just very itchy. Can you give me some answers and maybe some natural remedies? Thanks for the attention. Best regards.

Hello, everything found in the oral cavity is an indication of intestinal dysbiosis and therefore of an altered balance of the intestinal bacterial flora. If you are a vegetarian but do not eat fruit and vegetables, you will have a poor diet and therefore certainly intestinal fermentation due to the increased intake of carbohydrates. Therefore the intestine will need to be rebalanced and the correct diet with a better supply of raw vegetables and fruit. you are looking for a good therapist in your area who can help you with a Naturopathic path aimed at intestinal rebalancing and to improve nutrition. Greetings

Dear Elgdy, it seems to me that your diet is not balanced and lacks all the nutrients that a young woman / mother like you should be getting. Her discomfort depends on a diet that is too rich in carbohydrates and poor in fruit and vegetables. So the result is an altered PH that manifests itself in an excess of moist crystals (glues) that are deposited on her tongue in the form of canker sores / pimples. What’s more, she says she feels stressed and nutrient deficiency can only make her situation worse. Get help from a good naturopath to recover a diet that is adequate for you. In the meantime, you insert vegetables in your main meals and fruit in your snacks every day. You cut your carbohydrates in half and include good amounts of vegetable protein at breakfast and in the evening meal (yogurt, vegetable milk, chickpeas, lentils, beans, soy etc). If you eat it, add blue fish as well. Take suitable enzymes to fix the intestinal flora and an acid / base regulator by mouth and in the meantime take supplements of amino acids, B vitamins, omega 3,6,9 and vitamin C.
